✗ Entrance to hotel looked derelict, piles of unused chairs, tables and rubbish everywhere. We actually thought the hotel had closed down.

✓ Clean, comfortable beds, perfect location, beautiful old building with high walls.

✗ - rooms don’t have air conditioner, so in summer temperatures are pretty high even at night (but a fan was provided). - water in shower in the shared bathroom always changed it’s temperature from really cold to really hot…

You can't find a more magical place!

✗ Fantastic place! An old convent, with frescoed walls and ceiling. Couldn't have chosen a better way to visit Arezzo. Also a secret church you can visit! I was speechless. Such a gem. The restaurant is also really good and convenient!
