Hard-to-find modern accommodation in the heart of Venice
✓ Well-groomed building with a nice courtyard. The apartments are on the first floor, very clean and well appointed. There is a luggage room if you arrive early or leave late.

Great location, clean and would use again
✓ The apartment was in a great location. Only 15-20 mins walk from the bus and train station and it was incredibly easy to find. The apartment itself was perfect for what we needed and has a lovely little roof terrace to enjoy your morning breakfast on.
✗ The lounge could have been laid out a little better but no biggie

Can recommend and would stay here again!
✓ Apartment was beautiful to start with. The location was very nice and it had a quiet neighborhood. It had AC available in both floors and everything else was nice, clean and comfortable. In pictures the apartment seemed bigger and more spacious, but it was fine for 4 people.
✗ We did send some questions to the owners, but the response time from their end delayed for a day (and we were only there for 3 days, so). But otherwise it was okay.

Sparkling clean and comfortable apartment in a beautiful, peaceful area
✓ sparkling clean, lovely simple furniture and decor, beautiful views over the roofs of Venice - also loved the local area - peaceful but great bars and restaurants close by!
✗ the comms for check in and check out are slightly impersonal and a little bit utilitarian - also we arrived after a long and hot journey pulling a heavy case, so a bottle of water in the fridge and some milk for the coffee that was there would’ve be amazing! A small touch that would mean a lot, especially when you’re paying a hefty nightly charge :-)

✓ The location is ok, it's not near any attractions but it's a small city and you can walk everywhere. The apartment was decently clean and warm.
✗ Although the apartment has 2 bathrooms, one of them cannot be used as a shower. So if you only shower, you have to share 1 bathroom for everyone.

Hi Barbara, yes the apartment's gate opens with the code, then the apartment's door has the keys. The price that you see is already with the sheets and towels. If you have other questions I am at your disposal.
