Great hotel and great location

✓ Great location and very pleasant staff. Lovely pool and drinks and food is available beside the pool. Very nice rooms and good air conditioning. Nice and close to shops and beach

✗ The shower is kind of small. I was fine but if I was bigger not sure I would fit!

Lovely hotel near shops, great breakfast but they have a Shady car service! Buyer be aware

✓ I'm a repeat customer of this hotel. We requested 3 split beds but that didn't occur although that didn't manifest, I love the location for it's a short walk to center of town/shopping, beach, train and bus station, ferry and lots of amazing restaurants. Will keep them on my list for future visits.

✗ Buyer be aware! The hotel has a relationship with a private car service to airport. I was given the price of $200 from hotel to airport. The desk clerk (she) said it had to be in cash only. I questioned her about using my credit card. She replied cash only. I felt the price was over the top. I made the reservation with the intent of looking for another service. The next day I was sitting in the lounge next to front desk working and I overheard a guest ask tthe front desk clerk to confirm her 4am private car. The same woman at the desk that made my reservation said to the guest, "yes, you have a 4am pick up and it's $140 use your credit card or cash." WTH! I immediately booked another car with Booking.com, received a confirmation for $159. That evening I went to the front desk to cancel the reservation made the day prior. The gentleman at the desk said no, you can't cancel the car!!, you must have 48 hours!! I was totally assured this was shady business operations. I acknowledged my cancelation is well over 36 hours in advance. I then told him I have a confirmed car pick up at 6am for a better price. I showed him my confirmation and that's when he called the hotel car service partner to match the booking price and confirmed I can pay by credit card. SHADY Biz!! I canceled the booking.com car reservation. This morning the hotel car service picked us up at 6am. The driver didn't pick up our bags from the hotel steps. He did put them in the car. We arrived at the airport and he requested $190.00 in cash. No, no, no!!! I told him $160 was the deal. He said cash only! I told him we were assured we can use our credit card or the ride was free. He took the credit card and I have my receipt. This was a scam situation and we'll never use their car service again. BUYER BE WARE!!

✓ Good location, tucked away from the busy streets.

✗ The walls seemed thin, because of the noise from doors slamming and voices. Room was loud at night.

Excellent and you can’t go wrong with accommodation and value.

✓ The entire staff was great. Salvatore, Carlo, Nino, and Alena. The rooms and cleaning staff were perfect. Clean as a whistle!! And close to everyone Breakfast and lunch were also on the money. From start to end this was a place that I would come back to and highly recommend this hotel. You can’t go wrong here. Lou I. From New York.

Great stay

✓ Good size room with a nice sized balcony and great bathroom. Very comfortable bed and the air conditioning was perfect. A nice feel to the hotel and a really great breakfast with lots of variety and really enjoyed the outdoor sitting area. Perfect location, only 5 minutes to the old town area, close to a few main bus stops and not too far a walk to the train station. Staff all very friendly

✗ No on site laundry facilities, but very close to a 24 hour laundromat
