✓ The room was very spacious and kept very clean during my whole stay. The location was very good and close to the attractions I came for. The staff was extremely helpful and catered to my needs at all times.

✗ The room did not have much natural light as the window was too closely facing the next building's wall and not any outside view. This is just a minor disadvantage as the weather in Seoul was hot, cloudy, rainy and windy for any sunshine or air to come in from the window anyway.

✗ The room needs more lights. The penthouse suite with the spa and suana has 3 levels so be prepared to climb stairs to get to the spa on level 3 if you don't mind it!

Lovely! Would stay here again if we're back in that area.

✓ The location is just a stone throw from the subway. There are lots of cafes and restaurants in the area, together with some minimarts and pharmacy etc. The hotel is very "boutique" and we loved it. The room is comfortable and quiet. The small details make the room fun to come back to. The staff tried their best to communicate and help. Overall a very lovely stay.

✗ The bathroom is slippery when wet.

✓ The Cube room was so beautiful! Best parts were the bed, amazing bath tub and the overhead shower! Had a really comfortable stay and missed the room from the day we left!
