✓ The location is very good, and it’s an affordable option for a very expensive city
✗ Not applicable
✓ Very good location (3 mins to St. Pancras Train station and Underground); simple and quiet small room with en suite and small TV quite suitable for last minute overnight only (just for shower and sleep). Also tea pot + tea/coffee was available : ) I was overcharged because of train strikes (but regular price per room on non-strike days was very pleasant as for London prices). Friendly staff, Wi-Fi available.
✗ It is too small and too boring for longer stay (as a tourist) in my opinion (6 sq m). No lift, and narrow staircases, so if you have big suitcases it will be a challenge to take them upstairs and turn around in tiny lobbies :)
✓ Quiet room comfortable shower was ok. Would be nice to have sime soap for guests.
✗ Heavy doirs
✓ Convenient location yet quiet, close to St Pancras and Euston. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfy bed. Washbasin in room. Toilet and shower right outside room.
✓ This hotel is in a good location in London near the Kings Cross station. It made navigating the city much easier. Getting from Heathrow Airport to the Macdonald Hotel was straight forward on the Tube with just carry-on luggage. The room with a single bed was small, but it worked for me. I'd stay there again. It isn't fancy, but it worked for this traveler.
✗ The television showed BBC News, BBC Parliament, and Sky News and nothing else that I could find. And when I turned it on, the people on Sky News were complaining about the BBC. I laughed at that. The really good news is this hotel has WiFi so I was still able to entertain myself after returning to the hotel after a busy day of sightseeing.
✓ Location -close to stations, buses, museums, theatres restaurants parks Great value for money. Clean and quiet at night. Helpful staff
✗ Considering cost there was nothing to dislike except no milk to make tea
✓ The location was excellent
✗ The room is not suitable for people with a disability you can fall easily while exiting it (see picture).
✓ Everything was very clean and the location was great. I had a great view from my window and it was pretty quiet for a hotel located in the city.
✗ I wish that the rooms had a little fridge in them and the pillow was slightly uncomfortable.
