✓ Fashion House was located in the perfect location. Right on the edge of the Gothic district and walking distance from anywhere we wanted to go. Also conveniently only 1 block from the subway. The room was all we needed and had a great balcony. The room was clean and they kept the bathrooms clean as well. The main area was clean too.

I would come back again.

✓ My bedroom was huge! I sat in the balcony every night to relax. The common patio is beautiful with plenty of places for everyone to sit and relax. The entire place was very well decorated.

Perfect location, friendly staff, clean hotel

✓ The location is perfect, very central. If you are coming from the airport, take aerobus and get off at the last stop (Plaça da Catalunya), and walk 5 minutes to the hotel. You can walk all the important touristic places from the hotel. Everything is so clean, both the room and shared areas. They use high quality toilet and towel papers, it is uncommon thing for hotels. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

✗ Breakfast is a little bit weak but it is normal Catalan tradition I guess.

Beautiful and Central place to stay in Barcelona

✓ Stayed there for 3 nights and this place was amazing. The beds were comfy and the place was central I could walk to most of the sight seeing attractions. It was quiet and the showers and bathroom were clean and great. I am definitely going to stay here again if I visit Barcelona again. I loved it. The patio outside was great. The place is exactly as portrayed on the website. Excellent place.

✓ Location was super convenient (right next to the metro station, also close to trains from Placa de Catalunya if needed). I thought it was good value for the price. Not having an in-room bathroom was a slight inconvenience, but I never had an issue using the shared bathrooms. The terrace in the room was also nice to have.

✗ Check in was by appointment, so I had to be in contact with the reception desk/hotel and told them my arrival time and updated ETA via the Booking.com email. I wasn't sure if they had any sort of WhatsApp or anything other than contact via the booking.com portal to communicate potential delays in travel. Coming from overseas this was my biggest concern, but everything ended up working out and I checked in without issues (I got to the hotel about 1.5 hours later than expected due to immigration and complicated travel from the airport due to road closures)
