✓ staff at the reception desk and repairing staff were helpull
✗ The air conditioning was broken and no remote control for the first 2 nights, so we couldn't sleep because of hit in the rooms, wi-fi didn't work

A falling star
✓ The location of Fontana is the best. Also the size of the bigger appartments
✗ This was our 5. time at Fontana since 2010. The entire resort is on overtime when it comes to maintenance. Everything from the apartment to the pool area.. In fact I do not think there has been any major maintenance since the first time we stayed there. So if we are going back to Jelsa in the future, we will not stay at Fontana. Based upon earlier experiences, we had not booked with brekfast or dinner. We tried the dinner buffét one evening. EUR 20 for one person is a scam, compared to what they did serve. Although there were several dishes to choose from, the kitchen had managed to overcook everything. It didn't look appetizing and didn't taste anything. You wil get much better food in Jelsa for a more reasonable price.

✓ Very clean and confortable. Our apartament ( in Gemini building) was cleaned every day, we've got clean towels daily, was equiped with all the necessary things ( washing machine, hair dryer, coffee machine, etc.). We had a beautyful and large terrace. The sea is wonderful there, the beach is very long and you can find really good and quite places to sit in the shade/sun. Near is a very nice little town, Jelsa, were you can eat and have a nice evening.
