Great comfortable self-catering stay with excellent staff
✓ Staff were excellent. I based my whole itinerary for my stay on the information the receptionist told me when I checked in. I had a small problem with the safety deposit box and the Manager came immediatelty to fix it. Couldn't ask for more3!!

Good location but dirty, not good enough
✓ Receptionist was friendly. excellent location for Bilbao. Useful kitchen equipment etc.
✗ Badly needed a deep clean. Shower and fridge both had black mould in them. Seals on shower doors were all cracked and filthy was so unpleasant. No need for it at all. Pictures online don’t explain at all how dated it is. Paint filthy and marked. Air con only worked 1 day out of 4.

✓ Booked last minute due to flight cancellations. We were very nicely upgraded. Large apartment, full kitchen. Friendly, helpful staff
✗ Kitchen lights were slow to turn on, to the point where we thought they didn't work. Could hear people running upstairs and in the corridor.

Good location in Bilbao, near bars and restos
✓ I loved the apartment, it's renewed with good furniture, making it confortable, spacious and functional. Though it's not next to old town, it is still well located to walking ditances to old town itself, Guggenheim museum, shopping malls, and the streets in the vicinity are full of pattiseries, coffees, restos and bars. Good noise isolation, confortable beds and nice and spacious bathroom.

All our apartments have shower, it's not a walk-in shower as it has a litlle step to get in.
