Great beachfront location

✓ Great location beachfront, helpful staff and great place to relax and swim on a beautiful beach. Beach view rooms worth the extra cost, and team were helpful with local info and quickly fixing a light in my room.

✓ The Cottages actually are with a view on the see yet they offer all the comforts including a restaurant on the beach and the place is relatively quite. Our host Yoga welcomed us with tea and coffee and provided us with exceptional service all along and he was able to help us with all our requests swiftly and with discretion. He also helped with arranging an additional night at another location attached to his own when we asked to extend our stay out of the blue, he smiled and made it possible, transfer was almost seamless, room was comfortable and clean beyond expectations, and even cheaper.

Exceptional Location with delicious food

✓ Room was basic, but it was worth the price we paid. It had all the necessary amenities like a clean bathroom, Hot water, Tea/ Coffee making facility and super comfortable beds. The room door opens right infront the sandy beach which was really cool. The hotel is in an exceptional place where you can spend most of the time in the beach. Jet Ski, Boat Ride facilities can be booked easily within few steps distance. Food was exceptional. We ordered dinner and breakfast from the on site restaurant. All of them were served keeping the right temperature. A big shout to the manager Mr. Yoga, for the great hospitality shown to us. Highly recommended!

✗ They do not have meal plans available. I suggest they can atleast add a Bed & Breakfast plan too.

Fabulous

✓ Fantastic location right on the beach, best location in Uppuveli with plenty of shaded sun beds. We stayed 3 nights but could have stayed many more. Staff were great, very attentive, particularly Raj, nothing too much trouble. Highly recommend Golden Beach, there are plenty of places to eat nearby and no problems getting a tuk tuk.

✓ Lovely place right next to the beach with an awesome jaw dropping view. Super Relaxing and very spacious and beautiful. The staff were very kind and helpful. I also enjoyed some of the most mouthwatering food. Awesome experience.Highly recommended for beach lovers seeking a slice of paradise!

hmm… not super impressed for the price.

✓ beautiful location on seafront and plenty of nearby restaurants and dive schools

✗ it was over priced (at least booking through this app), the breakfast was mediocre, the staff mainly interested in playing loud music which was also loud in my room. lacked good management all round.
