Nice stay in Taormina-Giardini!
✓ Very friendly personnel! The breakfast is maybe a bit simple but it’s more than sufficient and served by, again, very friendly personnel. The room was small but clean and comfortable.
✗ The hotel/pension is near a very busy road and near train tracks. Stepping out of the front door mind the traffic, because you’re stepping right onto the road. The trains don't run at night so it doesn't bother you. When the trains pass by during the day you will feel and hear this.

Clean, simple and friendly
✓ A very clean family run pensione close to Giardini/Taormina station . The family are lovely, caring and kind, and gave information on how to get to local attractions. Zia is an excellent barista so the first coffee of the day was wonderful! They made me, as a solo traveller, welcome and were very helpful. The family also has a pizzieria next door - which I can recommend! I found this a good base to explore the local area.
✗ The pensione is on a busy road.

Very homely stay with lovely breakfast
✓ The accommodation is in walking distance of the train station (very central!). The hosts are a lovely and very helpful couple, they have explained everything I needed to know. Room was clean and provided everything needed (including toiletries). Thank you again for accommodating me! See you next time!

✓ The room was very clean, at check out I forgot my charger and it was there to pick it up, the service is very good!
✗ The wifi did not work well in the room and the bathroom was very small.

Pleasant
✓ Nice pansion, 10 min drive by bus to center of Taormina. Bus conection is perfect, with bus stop near the pansion (10 m away). Pansion is near train station, but we only slept in the night in apartman, so we did not hear any noise from the trains. The staff is very friendly and they gave us all the necessary information.

It’s ok
✓ The receptionist was very helpful and provided all the information needed! There was a free parking for the car in the property
✗ A bit expensive for what it offers! Too thin walls and the whole building shakes when the train pass in the back of the hotel
