Great location average everything else

✓ A great location! Kensington within 5 minutes walk to the Natural History and surrounding museums and restraunts. Bed was comfortable too. If you using the room as a base and not going to be in there much, a decent hotel.

✗ Very dated, needs tlc but for central london it was not bad, just not great. Single room was very small, bathroom was crampt. Not unclean but a few carpet stains. Think cheap Blackpool hotel but in London and you won't be far off. £70 insurance payment was annoying but maybe that is usual in London?

Overall it was ok, but won’t stay again because of the stair claiming , no room key and heat.

✓ The location was great, 2 mins away from the tube station. The porter was also helpful but their single rooms all on the top floor (4 th floor I think) and no LIFT. Bathroom was clean , shower cabin was ok. Some broken tiles on the floor.

✗ Claiming up to the top floor was a very difficult as I got mobility problems. It should be mentioned in the single room description that all this rooms are on the forth floor. Also they ask for the security deposit £75 in my case but it was released quickly in following days. The key from my room was not working, I could lock the door from the inside but not from outside. Also, no air conditioner only fan in the room so it was scorching hot, heat wave didn’t help.

A good comfortable stay in a lovely area. Reasonable price.

✓ Great for access to tube station and buses. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants. Walking distance to Royal Brompton and Marsden hospitals

✗ Lots of stairs - can’t be helped, but would need to be aware of if you had any physical disability.

GREAT LOCATION AND STAFF

✓ Great staff and location perfect for our needs.

✗ We were in room 409 and reported no hot water, this was dealt with and worked ok for 24hrs then went again. We feel there is an issue with this and needs addressing as had experienced this problem on a previous visit. Staff attended but the fault still remains.

✓ The staff was very friendly, location is perfect. Great hotel to stay for a few days. We could leave our luggage and go to the city before and after checking in which was very nice.

✗ The room could be cleaner and we got a room on the 3rd floor which was tiring to climb up to. It was pretty hot but the fan in the room helped.

Hello, Is it parking available? For this Saturday to Sunday night 5-6 Feb? If not, what s my alternative? Thanks

Parking is 2 minutes walk from the hotel (Harington Rd SW7 3ND ) which you need to book/pay directly with them alternatively outside the hotel on single yellow line parking is free after 6.30pm to 8.30am and all day free on Sunday’s (Subject to T&C).

It is possible late checkout on 1st of January? how much extra cost ? if yes:)
