Good place to unwind.
✓ Set back off the beach. Close proximity to restaurants and bus stop. I upgraded to stay in the nicer rooms.
✗ Sleepless night due to a whistling noise in deluxe room due to wind and bathroom exhaust. I was moved without issue.

Great place to stay!
✓ I got an upgrade to an apartment with a private pool. Clean apartment, good kitchen with enough kitcherware, good bed, good bathroom and a nice pool ofcourse! Also, just a minute walk from a nice beach!

Beautiful luxurious cycladic style desing
✓ Beautiful cycladic style design, great location close to one of the best beaches in Naxos and lovely staff. The suites are very luxurious and great for a romantic stay or to spend time with friends :) Bars and restaurants very close by. Will come back!

Perfect stay, wish I could have stayed longer
✓ I was very fortunate to have experienced 3 different rooms at Annio Studios, because I had decided to extend my stay. Marko accommodated me perfectly. I was also lucky enough to be put into one of their suites, which was stunning. It was decorated to a high standard with some lovely details. It had a fully fitted kitchen, massive bed, a plunge pool, sunbathing area, rain shower - there was nothing that I didn't like, absolutely loved it. I was also put into a standard double, which had a view of the sea in the distance and a comfortable bed. The other room I experienced was with a jacuzzi and a sunbathing terrace. I have to say all the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. So many beds in Greece are awful, these were perfect. In addition, the jacuzzi and the private pool were clean and also didn't smell of chlorine. I have stayed in some really expensive places with private pools and jacuzzis, and they have been disgusting, with dirt on the bottom and all around. These weren't dirty at all, lovely and clean to use, perfect temperature. The area is behind the best beaches in Naxos and you can walk there in 1 minute. The wifi also worked everywhere, which I really appreciated. The garden has some pretty roses and a beautiful shady pagoda, which I was lucky enough to work under. Speaking of which, due to the reason that I wanted to stay longer, I needed some help from the owner to make that happen. He sorted me out with what I needed and I was able to extend my stay. There are a few bars/cafe/restaurants along the beach front just where the property is, so you can pick up morning coffee and food, with dietary options available. You can also pick up dinner without having to go into Chora and as a woman travelling alone, I felt quite safe. To get to the property, you have to walk up a pathway off the beach, which makes it quiet. The bus for Chora drops and picks you up just by that pathway. Top marks all round.

Holiday in Plaka
✓ Excellent location close to all the popular restaurants and beaches, rooms were very clean and cleaned daily. Wifi was decent, not super fast but it works!
✗ We didn't have hot water in the mornings, only from midday onwards. Kitchen missed a kettle.

✗ kitchen was tiny in our unit- no prep area. nice if you just want very simple things for breakfast. mission to try anything much more
