✓ Very clean and good aesthetic. Comfortable bed.

✗ Load shedding causes issues with the gate. Also the gate stays locked and no bell so make sure you have data to contact them when you arrive.

✓ Nice location, comfortable and very clean rooms. Breakfast was lovely prepared and served by a lovely lady, very polite.

✗ Room facilities on the booking.com inaccurate. I booked a queen deluxe and a deluxe suite. However on arrival one party placed in Queen deluxe and myself placed in plain double room, owner explained moved so as to be nearer other party guest. Didn't really query this as guessed prob double booked room ordered. However double room advertised with safe boxes, tiled flooring, wardrobe, toaster, ironing facilities and seating area, none of which the room had. But it was clean and comfortable, so did not complain. On leaving owner tried to charge for original rooms booked and refused to admit that the room I was given was smaller and different than the other parties queen deluxe, which it obviously was. In the end she agreed to drop the price in line with the queen deluxe price but refused to admit it was only a double. During our discussion owner, Guisel, was very defensive, refused to listen and continued to talk over me so decided it was not worth continuing the conversation and paid. Other than that stay was enjoyable, bit spoiled it and left a bad taste
