✓ The room was really nice, clean and spacious. Beds were very comfortable - all and all the whole room felt very pleasant. The huge plus was the view from our own balcony - beautiful mountain scenery. The staff was absolutely grate and super helpful. We didn't have our own car, so they drew us to the nearest restaurants, 7/11.. also we have made the mistake of not booking the bus in advance, but the hotel manager was so sweet to help us out find our own driver. great location and room, but be aware of incessant barking dogs in non-mountain view rooms

✓ great location near Qingjing farm (Upper entrance) - can walk to that easily without walking on the road much / at all - if you know the shortcut through the nearby public parking area. Plenty of hotel parking, large room, and super comfy bed. Lots of breakfast items.

✗ the barking dogs I could hear from my room. Affected my sleep on 1st night, 2nd night - they were my alarm clock. They bark during the day sporadically, but a lot in the morning around 5am. May not affect the front facing mountain view rooms so much, but the few side view rooms - yes. Perhaps the property could install DOUBLE PANED SOUND PROOF WINDOWS in those rooms? [yes, including the small bathroom window!]

This trip need to have a private car.
