✓ Good location between the old town and other areas of the town. Nice breakfast and staff were very helpful.

Quiet location with excellent staff and service
✓ Clean, quiet, excellent breakfast and near to the railway station. Staff were very helpful and were great communicating with us non French speakers. Good shower. Nice bed (two singles pushed together) and I was welcomed in at 2pm with the room ready, as requested. Free tea, coffee and water in reception, Thankyou.

Everything as expected and always has been at Ibis. A good value hotel that you find everywhere.
✓ All the Ibis hotels in their respective categories are great and when I am travelling I always try to stay at an Ibis. Their budget hotels are very simple, but clean and inexpensive and do exactly what they need to do. The budget Ibis was full so I spent a little more and went to the Styles. Stay was as expected, good. At Ibis Styles in St. Malo, I was having problems registering a French SIM card for my phone and the receptionist helped me to complete the process. That was great service, thanks to her. I did not learn her name unfortunately but I was very grateful for the assistance. Also, the breakfast spread was fantastic. I only had a simple breakfast but they had everything anyone could want, I believe.
✗ Only that there was no room at the Ibis Budget hotel so I had to spend a little more and go to the Styles. That's not Ibis's fault though. I suspect if I had booked just a little earlier rather than just walking in I would have had a room.
