✓ The apartment was very clean and spacious. Location is great just a few minutes walk to the jbr walk. Staff were extremely accommodating and polite I would like to especially praise Sara who went above and beyond to making our stay enjoyable. Thank you very much!

Would highly recommend the hotel, amazing hotel

✓ The location of the property was amazing. Will highly recommend it to anyone. The best thing I loved about the hotel was the location, the fact that the staff were accommodating. We were given a room on building 2 but there was an issue with the air conditioning causing smell in the room. There was smell of damp. However upon speaking to the staff they accommodated us to building 5 which was very good and the room was much better in size and good with the facilities.

✓ Amenities are nice. Rooms are clean and pleasant. Staff are very helpful, friendly and approachable. Big thanks to Mr. Omar & Mr. Salah in the reception. They attend all my request and they are very helpful.

✗ Just that the pool attendant in tower 1 which is Lalita, he is very rude, he ask 1 of my guests for a fist fight. My guest just ask for a towel and he ask what is our room no., when we gave him he said, “ah the room with too much people” he dared to tell that when in fact he doesn’t have any idea how many rooms I booked. He keeps on talking to us in a very rude way. He even said to my guests that “be grateful I am on work because if not, let just fight”. My guest even said that he will just complain to the management but he said, “go ahead I don’t care and here’s my name” Hope that the management will solve this issue as they informed me that this is not the first time like this happened. They are ruining the image of the hotel and wasting the effort of the other staff who are working so hard just to give a good customer service.

The entire stay was very pleasant, the room is spacious and budget-friendly.

✓ The location is accessible from the Dubai Tram. We just got a little lost because there are a lot of towers but the assigned tower # or location was not mentioned during the booking. Also, there is an accessible supermarket nearby. Everything that we needed are within our fingertips.

✗ The concierge service is taking time., maybe because there is a centralize concierge and for whatever request we have, it has to be communicated from our tower 1 to the main lobby. We requested a complimentary blanket but it didn't reach our room till we fell asleep. But it's manageable 'coz the room was a little warm.

Convenient for big groups instead of 3 separate hotel rooms

✓ 3 bedroom apartment is basically like 3 separate hotel rooms with ensuite bathrooms and a common space which includes a living room, kitchen, and some other storage spaces. The apartment is not new, you can see it from the furniture, style, and other elements (like tiles in the bathroom, for example). It's not a bad thing as such, but from the pictures, I expected something newer, more up-to-date. The comfort level was good, with comfy beds, soft sheets, and towels, and good cleaning and service. The pool is nice, the water is cooled down, so it's a pleasant temperature. The area around is convenient: the beach is close (was too hot to enjoy it though), the tram stop JBR2 is very close, the metro station DMCC is a 13 min walk, big supermarket nearby is open 24h. Plenty of places to eat from fast food to good-level restaurants. We had breakfast once at the hotel, it was a good selection and tasted very well. The staff is extremely pleasant and very helpful, especially Sara from reception!

✗ Outdated rooms a-la 2000s (missing modern touch and elements that create a cozy atmosphere). It's not a problem as such, but somehow from the pictures on booking, I got the impression that the place is more modern. Also if I knew that it's 'older' than its pictures, I could have found a better value for money deal on booking, as the place is not cheap (but maybe a similar issue is true for many apartments in the area). The pool got crowded with kids over the weekend, making it impossible to swim in it.

Great location, good sized comfortable apartments perfect for families

✓ Location is superb, right next to The Walk and buzzing JBR and beach. Suites are very spacious and generally things function smoothly.

✗ Rooms look dated. No Wifi signal in bedrooms. The access to the tower where our suite was wasn’t very accessible. The entrance is through a maze within a covered parking and it gets stuffy in summer. Plus google maps also doesn’t show the correct point to get off to enter the towers. The reception staff Sanaa/Sara were kind to give an early check in however they did not inform us about any of the facilities like gym, pool, breakfast - where is it, what are the timings etc. The checkout was slow as only one person was manning the desk.
