✓ The staff were very friendly and helpful. Chef Mohammed took care of our meals perfectly and everyone else were great in general.

✗ Everything was great except the room lights were a bit dim and the windows are looking to the inside of the hotel, so no sunlight.

I sleept deeply for the first time in a new hotel, very comfortable

✓ actually the location and the resturante , in addition it was really quit and comfortable

✗ Firstly the smell in the hotel is not Arabian attraction and once you enter the Room you will smell much humidity which require some either ventilation or perfume refresher, lastly the toilet was old and has some cracks.

✓ lots of road maintenance close to the property so you tend to spend a bit of time getting there. property is ideal for a business traveler.

✗ at check in I was told the king rooms are not available but only double beds. even though I had booked for king. was promised a king room the next day but wasn’t contacted about it. when queried in the refund for the price difference was told the prices are the same. I showed the price on booking confirming it’s not. even at the check out only 1 staff member so the process was slow. overall the check in and check out spoilt the image of the hotel.
