✗ The pictures on the website does not reflect the true pictures of the place. The pool was not clean it had a scum mark around the inside of the pool. The pool water was green at the bottom of the pool. Around the pool there were only 5 sunloungers which meant that not all people there could relax by the pool. The facilities were in need of repair. The sunloungers were broken, the steps to the apartment were broken and dangerous, the rooms were poor in need of painting and updating. The outside of our window from our room on first floor, looking at the windows ledge there was missing chunks of concrete that you could see the ground through it. The sink in our room would not empty of dirty water. The kids play areas were all broken and dangerous. The parking was on grass outside the complex that it rained that much we couldn't get our car off the grass as it was bogged down. The host was rude to my partner as he had been driving 16 hours that when we got to our room he sat down, he was so tired he had his hands over his eyes. The owner asked what was wrong so he mentioned he was tired, she said yes and so am I. ( how unprofessional and disgusting comment) the towels were not changed and if we wanted them changed then they would only change them 6 days later and that's only if we took the other towels to her... again unhygienic.. it was a disgusting place and working for the NHS I would not recommend that complex to anyone.
