Amazing
✓ I have stayed here many times and every time has been excellent. Great rooms, bathrooms are nice and big, comfortable bed, staff service always friendly and helpful, clean, location is good even though its in the valley. Love the vibrant colours and artwork in the rooms. Cute little coffee shop next door and restaurant around the corner
✗ Sometimes a little noisy from the bar downstairs on the weekend if you're staying on the lower floors

✓ Excellent location for Big Sound as it's easy to walk to conference and events. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Very clean room, with great wifi service.

✗ The noise and the foul language from other guests. At one stage I was not game to leave my room . The room temp was 18 degrees and I was unable to adjust the temperature. Kept going back to 18 so I had to turn it off and the safe would not lock due to low battery

Hi we do not have airport transfer service, you can take Air Train to Fortitude Valley Station (we're 15 min walk from the stataion), Uber or taxi.
