Nice vibes, basic room fixtures

✓ The people working here are super nice and kind (the restaurant staff, massage guy, a beach attendant who helped to push our stroller in the sand, a receptionist who helped with our room issues). Loved the garden around, the beach, adult and kiddo swimming pools, tasty meals, walking distance to the beach, shopping area, old city. Their massage therapist was awesome (we all did 1 hour full body massages several times during our stay and loved it)! Fenced private territory with security cameras.

✗ 1. The 1st floor rooms have ant problems. We were put into the first floor room and there was a full multi-lane highway of ants in the bathroom next to the door. Our parents lived in the first floor room in another building as well and also had ant problems! Also in our room there was no lock in the balcony door, just an empty hole where the lock should be. We were promised many times our issues will be fixed soon, but that never happened. After a couple of days they moved us to another room on the top floor, and there were no ants, but it also a hole instead of a lock in the balcony door (we didn’t mind it that much, since one can’t access it as easily from the outside as the first floor balcony). The lock on the other balcony door (there are two in each room) broke down on us during the last day, the metal tongue just broke and fell out of it. 2. Their bathroom fixtures are very basic and easily breakable (the toilet clogs all the time, and the shower has a hairline difference between the hot and cold water). Cleaning crew could definitely do better. They didn’t remove the clogs in the toilet, their cleaning routine was just flush it once without cleaning anything and leave the clog be. They only sweeped the floors and actually mopped them only once during our stay, didn’t always empty the trash can full of dirty diapers. 3. We ordered a crib for our toddler (same as our friends for their toddler), but neither of us got one. We were promised that it will be provided as soon as one frees up from other tenants, but never received one during more than a week of our stay. 4. There are fixed meal times. Breakfast starts at 7:30am - 9:45am and they don’t allow you to grab anything but coffee from a coffee machine until it starts (which is an inconvenience, since we had early excursions on some days and early trips to the beach before the sun starts to be scorchingly hot). Lunch is 12:30pm-2pm and dinner is 7pm-9pm.

Good choice for calm and not expensive rest

✓ Excellent housekeeping. Very spacious family rooms with balcony and sofas. Convenient pools for children (with a canopy) and adults. Drinks (tea/coffee/juice) are available at any time. Convenient territory with a playground (trampoline, slides, swings). Table tennis. Relaxation areas.

✗ Not much variety of food, long queues for food. A cramped and uncomfortable van that takes you to the sea.

HELLO, IT IS 1 KM FAR. WE HAVE SHUTTLE TO BEACH. IF YOU PREFER YOU CAN ALSO WALK, IT IS 15 MINUTES FAR. OUR BEACH IS NOT FAR AWAY FROM THE OLD TOWN.

WE HAVE BREAKFAST LUNCH AND DINNER AND COFFEE TIME. ALL OF THEM ARE OPEN BUFFET. WE HAVE WATER AND FRUIT JUICE ON THE BEACH. YOU CAN HAVE ALCOHOLIC AND NON ALCOHOLIC DRINKS FROM 10:00 TO 23:00 AT OUR HOTEL.
