✓ Location is great, lovely brekkie close by. Huge suite and balcony. Clean and comfy.
✗ The installation of the portable aircon in the window should have been finished, or we should have been told about it. The portable aircon and the aircon in the other bedroom were noisy. Luckily we did not need to use them

Excellent location and accommodation but poor customer service.
✓ The location was excellent, close to the CBD and to East Shores precinct.
✗ The check in process. There was noone at Reception and the door was locked at 2pm on Thursday. There was no office hours on the door and there were no instructions about how to access our key. I had a PIN code but didn't know whether I needed to add # or * before or after it. No instructions were on the After Hours key box. We had to phone for instructions.

✗ Parking was hard to locate, ended up Parking on the street, coffee sachets were stale. Balcony furniture was uncomfortable with all the broken ends of plastic sticking into your arms.

✗ had a trundle bed that was broken and I was charged for it. the aircon in the main bedroom didn’t work. I emailed them and had the email declined? there was never anyone at reception so couldn’t tell anyone.

What we normally do is let the guest unhook from vehicle and you can either put tinny in parking spot undercover (if it will fit and not obstruct other vehicles) in the secure parking or park just outside the secure carpark gate. Only 1 carpark/guest

We don't usually get complaints re the quality of the wifi but we cannot guarantee that a service provided by a 3rd party will work reliably and fast 100% of the time. When I ran the speed test just now we had 53.2 DL & 15.2 UL if that helps at all.

Hi, Unfortunatley the coches in the rooms are not fold outs. We do offer rollaway beds for an additional cost of $30 per night. Regards, Reception
