✗ I could not get English television only German but the staff did accommodate in the TV room so I could watch Wimbledon.

✓ This is a Bijou near Manacor. I really feel like at home the food, staff but overall the whole Hotel is amazing. The check-in and check-out were very good and customer friend. In any case, I will go again!

✓ 1.) the rooms were perfectly sized and had what you needed to accommodate luggage, clothes etc 2) the pool and the grounds were beautifully designed and kept. clearly someone’s labour of love. 3.) the restaurant was easy going and the staff kind , helpful but also very professional. it was nice to see that the young trainee was aspiring to the same high professional standards of his mentors. 4.) The Thursday tapas night was a standout favourite. The menu was excellent and I was very well advised on wines etc. As the digestive I suggest do the 50sweet/50”herb” Hiervas. 5.) The staff were altogether charming and in my opinion gave the place of a feeling of “home from home”. 6.) WiFi: a basic human right after shelter, drinking water and sanitation. it was decent enough to do zoom calls if you had to. Even by the pool !

✗ 1.)minor stuff. No USB charger ports. An easy fix.Since most guests were German they wouldn’t have noticed but my crappy US plugs didn’t work. 2.) A slightly better shampoo / conditioner selection would have been good. Lucky I was solo. 3.) Not their issue but Google maps hasn’t got them in the right place so look out for their thoughtfully paced signs.
