Perfect stay - comfortable room and amazing staff!
✓ The stay was really perfect, especially because of the amazing and very attentive staff - always ready to support, everyone was doing their best throughout the day to make it enjoyable. Whenever you would leave the room, you would come back and find it cleaned, some sweets and other small treats added, the minibar re-filled. Very comfortable room and bed.

Very Disappointing

✗ I booked this fancy hotel for my birthday trip and the alarm went off both mornings I stayed there, so i did not sleep properly either night. the 'butler' didn't know how to open a bottle of wine which took 45 minutes to arrive, the massage was expensive and the masseuse tried to sell me another massage halfway through thus delaying the massage and upsetting me. She also massaged my knees in a way I've never experienced and 6 days later my knee is still in pain so will use my only day off this week to visit the hospital and thus pay hospital bills for her bad techniques. Very Bad experience of customer service at this hotel - especially for the level of hotel
