Very comfortable stay and very warming owners
✓ My Top floor room was lovely. Breakfast comes out really hot nicely timed to be on your table after you cereal. You fill in the breakfast form the night before for what type of cooked breakfast you would like from a large choice with a time of 8am or 9am sitting.
✗ parking could be a problem if its busy and you cant leave it it outside all day(max 2 hours)

✗ In room 7 I did catch my head once when getting out of the bath due to the sloped ceiling. A minor issue and probably worth mentioning to taller guests.

Hi Burn View is at the top of the town centre we do have an incline up to us. The weather can be lovely in May but equally it can be wet and windy I'm afraid thats the best I can answer that.

Hi I'm really sorry this room can't be made into a twin it is a double, Room 4 is either a twin or king and room 6 at the top of the house is also a twin.
