Lovely hotel, clean and nice with excellent sercvice. However not wheelchair accessible.

✓ Beautifully clean, public areas spacious. Excellent staff, very helpful, and good food.

✗ Advertised as "wheelchair accessible" but it was not. There were very steep ramps into reception from the car and then a ramp down to the ground floor room, and you COULD get a wheelchair into the room, but otherwise did not meet disability standards.. I could not get my mobility scooter up the ramps without a push because they were so steep, no grabrails in shower or toilet, unable to get wheelchair into shower or toilet cubicle. Could be readily improved but mangement may benefit from education about accessibility.

✗ Pool bar drink’s expensive, no lift on reception floor only steep ramp or stairs. Room balcony was small only one balcony chair. Spa bath was too big to fill.

Really enjoyed my stay would come again and recommend your hotel, good position as well.

✓ Had asked for ground floor but was advised not available and said could have first floor near lift when arrived not available but staff very accommodating and put me into a room on the fifth floor next to lift which was ready to move into sooner, very pleased. By the pool not many lounges out of water and most did not have an umbrella the staff accommodating to find a suitable place for me.

Lovely holiday in Sanur .....

✓ staff were lovely and very helpful...always smiling. Didnt like the bathroom setup...no bathroom door and toilet cubicle difficult to get in and out especially for my older friend.

✗ Pool daybed hogs ....had to get to breakfast earlier in order to go and get a daybed.

Clean, comfortable & conveniently located

✓ Have stayed here many times whilst I am travelling for business simply because of the location. Its an easy walk to shops, beach and restaurants. Theres plenty of restaurant choices in walking distance but if you want to stay in, the hotel restaurant has plenty of options too. Some nights there is live music in the restaurant and if you get the chance to listen to "Oka Osbala" its worth staying in. The staff are always helpful. There are drinking water stations on every floor in a few locations. The pool area is beautiful. I never get a chance to use the pool because I am gone most of the day but it always makes me laugh seeing people rush down to the chairs early morning to leave their towels etc and then walk off. If you are holidaying here it sounds like the pool area might get busy but otherwise its always well maintained and it has a swim up bar which looks inviting
